Adult Hip Hop Class Update

I've been taking an adult Hip Hop class.  I'm taking the class for exercise and because I like to dance. The teacher is also my son's teacher.  There are about 6 of us.  I am having a blast but it is hard work.  We start of with isolation's, jumping jacks, squats and stomach crunches then we go into learning the steps to the dance, then we cool down by doing stretches and leg exercises.  We have learned 3 dance routines so far.  I'm glad we don't have to perform our dance routine like my son's class does.  LOL!  I am finding that, even though I can dance, now that I am older I am having hard time remembering and getting the dance steps. At least I am moving!  When this class is over I hope they offer another adult Hip Hop dance class.

  1. Great inspiration ! I think dance helps to keep you fit especially hip hop. Its enjoying also. At starting you can naturally feel some pain in body parts but after getting in routine you will really enjoy it.
