My son is at Boy Scout camporee this weekend. We dropped him off at the Boy Scout meeting place. There are 18 boys from the troop going. My son is carpooling with his best friend's dad who is driving and is also camping with the boys. It is just hubby and I this weekend. It feels funny not having him around. The house is so quiet without him here. Now that he is getting older he is doing more things without us. He is becoming more independent which is a good thing. He is fine with going camping without us.
