We had a busy weekend. This morning hubby and I went for a run this morning. We went to the Giants/Dodgers game this afternoon. My son was excited about seeing the Giants/Dodgers game and he was hoping for a sweep since this was the 3rd game in the series. We took Caltrain to the game. Today they were giving out Giants trading cards so my son wanted to go 2 hours early to get them. He was hoping we would be one of the first 20,000 to get the trading cards. We had to walk a long 1 block to get to the stadium from the Caltrain stop. Caltrain was full of Giants fans heading to the game so everyone was excited. We got to the stadium at 2:45 and got in line to get into the park. They opened the gates at around 3:05. My son was excited that he was able to get his trading cards. We had good seats. We were in section 126 row 37. We were behind the Giants bull pin. My son was able to get Jonathan Sanchez to sign his trading card. We hung around for 2 hours waiting for the game to start so I am very tired. It was a long but fun day. The game was 0-0 until the 5th inning when the Giants scored 2 runs so they managed to hold them off for 9 innings. The Giants "swept" the Dodgers. As we all left the stadium everyone was very excited about the Giants winning the game.
