I have four favorite pies Cherry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pumpkin and Chocolate Cream. I like my fruit pies cold with ala mode. Hot fruit pies yuck. Nation's Hamburgers makes really good pies. I haven't made a Cherry or Strawberry Rhubarb pie in a long time. My Mom grew rhubarb so she would give me some but she moved out of the area so I don't get any rhubarb anymore. I usually make a Chocolate Cream pie.

I've never had rhubarb in anything. Sounds interesting. I like cherry pie too but mostly the cherries and not the crust.
