Blog Prompt: Today is World Egg Day. What is your favorite egg dish?
My favorite egg dish is deviled eggs. I only make them once a year at Easter time. I also like quiches. I used to like omelettes but now I can't eat them. In the last few years something has changed but I don't know what but now I want to gag when I eat an omelette. Go figure. Hubby likes to make omelettes for breakfast. My dad used to make good omeletts and he taught me how to make them. I like scrambled egg and bacon sandwiches, too.
My hubby loves deviled eggs but I don't. I really don't like hard boiled egg yolks. I like the whites but not the yellows. But it sure is good to make when I'm not in the mood to cook any dinner. :)
ReplyDeleteOh I love a good deviled egg and I have yet to figure out a good recipe. You ask how the person made that recipe and I always get, You put a little of this and that. I NEED A RECIPE!!!!!
