My 8 year old son has been really into the Presidential election. Last week his school held an election to show the kids how the voting process works. The kids had to register to vote. They voted on the President/Vice President and their were a few measures on the ballet.
Today when I went to pick him from school the 2nd grade classes were standing outside the school with their "Vote today" signs. They were yelling "Vote today" pretty loud. It was so cute. Some of the cars driving by honked at them.
My son's class homework for tonight is to watch the election results and tally up the results by state. He also has to predict who the winner will be.
