My Son Turned 8!

My son turned 8 last Friday. He wanted to go to McDonald's for lunch so we invited his best friends to join us. My son wanted to treat his friend's to lunch so DH gave him some money to buy lunch for his friends. He is such a sweet boy. They sang Happy Birthday to him at McDonald's. Everyone turned around to look while we were singing. Sunday we had a family birthday party. Everyone had a good time. There was some good food. The weather was perfect. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside on the patio. I didn't put sunscreen on because I didn't know I was going to be sitting outside so my face got a little sunburned. My son had a great time at both parties. I can't believe he is 8! Time sure does fly.
