Week 4 Workout
This morning I rode my bike to my cardio strength workout class. When I arrived my thighs felt like jelly! I wasn't sure it was a good idea to attempt it since i am still not strong enough yet. Riding over wasn't too bad though. This is week number 4 and I'm still getting winded during my workout but it is getting better. I noticed when I was doing crunches today that I felt my tail bone so I must be firming up my backside. The workout is getting a little easier. It wasn't too bad riding home after my workout. My thighs were like jelly again. I am about a mile away from the class so that isn't too far to ride. There is another lady in the class that also rides her bike to the workout.
