My Son Had A Great Baseball Game!

I am so proud of the the boy for playing an awesome baseball game yesterday. We had CCD and a baseball game one right after the other so when I picked him from CCD, he said he was ansty and that he was going to smack the ball at his baseball game. His team was up to bat when we got to the game so he got up to bat and hit the ball and got to first base. The next batter struck out. The boy did also did some excellent fielding throughout the game. He was playing first base and almost struck out the opponents batter. Then the second time he was up he hit it to the outfield and got to first base again. The next batter smacked the ball and the boy got to second base. Another team mate hit it and he got to home. In the last inning when the boy caught the ball at third then he threw it to first to get the runner out but the first baseball missed the ball. The whole team played really well. It was a good game. This was our third game of the season. After the game, the boy and one of his teammates got the "game balls". The boy was so excited about having a great game that he wanted to go to McDonald's for dinner so hubby and I took him there.
