Yesterday my son's baseball team played their second playoff game. They started off strong and took an early lead. My son hit a double! He was so excited because he has been in a hitting slump this season. One of the boys on the teams dad helped my son with his batting and it paid off. This dad was in the dugout with the boys helping them with their batting, too. Then the opponents tied the game in the 3rd inning. Our team held them off but the other team beat us by 3. We played hard but our boys were unhappy that they lost even though they played a good game. They really wanted to win this because they had only won one game during the regular season.
