Great Acupuncture Session Today

I had a really good acupuncture session this morning.  The acupuncturist put the needles in my left arm and opposite leg.  I melted into the chair.  I had a lot of interesting sensations going through various parts of my body. I felt tingling go from my right leg diagonally up to my left arm. I felt a tingling sensations, an achy sensation and my arms felt like they were floating.  At one point I saw a wave go across my eyelids then I felt the wave go from my breathing down to my hands and then ebb back up.  It was the strangest feeling.  I had a very nice rest while I there.  After she took out the needles she did a cupping technique where she pumped up the suction cup.on my shoulder to help my circulation and to get the blood flowing in my shoulder. That was a stranger sensation. It felt like it was pulling the soreness and stiffness out of my shoulder and I felt some pulsing in the areas she cupped.  Now you see a mark where the cups were. LOL!  I felt really good afterwards and my arm felt a lot better then it has in months.  I think I am finally getting the energy to flow in my arm again.  So hopefully I will have full range of motion in my arm back soon.  I can't wait.  It is taking a lot of my energy to heal my shoulder so I have no energy and I feel tired all of the time.  The exercises and the acupuncture are finally working! A slow but steady improvement. I haven't felt this good since I fractured my clavicle in February!
