A Fun Night

Halloween October 31, 2005

My son had a busy day at school today.  The school did a parade with everyone in their costumes.  It was so cute.  Today’s costumes sure look different then when I was a kid.  We had to wear those uncomfortable masks and the suits weren’t too comfortable either.  Anyway, they marched around the playground, and then his teacher and the 2nd grade buddy teacher had set up a fun Halloween game carnival for them.  They had about 20 stations.  They got to bowl, pin tail on the vampire, frost cookies, color little pumpkins, make ghost suckers, color trick or treat bags, candy corn toss, etc.  They all had a great time.  Then they went back to their classrooms and had a party that the parents brought in food.  Later that night we went trick or treating with his neighborhood friend.  They had a great time.
