Study Trip To Catalina

We dropped the boy off at the airport this morning.  He and his fellow 8th graders are heading to Catalina for a week with their science teacher.  They will be sailing and staying in a schooner.  The girls will be staying on the boat and the boys will be staying on the beach in tents.  They will be studying the marine life, fish and native plant and animals.  It's going to be quiet here without him.
